I have over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, leading projects for software development, helpdesk implementation, business processes, and QA teams. I<\/span><\/span> have knowledge in <\/span>a<\/span><\/span> wide range of tools to efficiently manage the workflow and communication<\/span><\/span> for the team, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Trello, Notion, Click Up, Slack, Zephyr.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

EDUCATION<\/h4>\n

I’m certified as a Sc<\/span>rum Master(SM<\/span>C)<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0<\/span>and have academic and practical knowledge as a Scrum Agile Master (SAMC), Scrum Product Owner (SPOC), and Scrum Developer (SDC). Aditionally, I hold a master’s degree in project management.<\/span><\/p>\n
